Some Basic Info: If you have Windows 95/98 or NT, your PC has the basic players for WAV, Midi, AU, AVI, and MOV files. For MPEG files (MP2 and MP3), download Winamp from www.winamp.com. For RealVideo files, download RealPlayer G2 from www.real.com (there are issues with these files and RealPlayer 5.0 - they don't work, that's one of the issues!)
