Matthew just released the domestic version of Kimi Ga Suki to one of the Indie coaltions. It's been released under the Superdeformed label which is his own label. That's why we are seeing it spring up in indie record shops. The only difference from the japanese record is that there is not a blue booklet insert. It will soon make it's way to Itunes and Amazon.com for sale, too.
New record Living Things to be released in May/June 2004. Currently, there are discussions going on for a wider distribution for this record.
MatthewSweet.com is getting an overhaul, and we should be seeing updates soon.

What a way to welcome the new year!
Coming October 28. A new version of the critically acclaimed debut album, featuring a bonus disc of the entire album recorded acoustically. The Thorns will support The Dixie Chicks on their European tour throughout September and have solo dates in London and Glasgow. The press continues to run glowing reports on this superb album and the bonus CD, really shows them at their best and how the album was originally recorded.
